Market Scan Information Systems Joins Forces with Carfax

Market Scan Information Systems revealed a new enhancement for its inventory management software - Carfax Vehicle History Reports. Through the Market Scan software program, Carfax-subscribing auto dealers will have direct access to vehicle history information. The feature will be launched in the next software release and will be available to current Market Scan customers.
Market Scan demonstrated the newly integrated software during this year's National Automobile Dealers Association conference in New Orleans.

"Adding the Carfax Vehicle History Reports feature to our software package makes perfect sense," said Market Scan Information Systems president, Rusty West. "Our software has the capacity to track the entire used car inventory of a dealership. Combine that with the ability to provide on-the-spot vehicle history information and our customers now have the most comprehensive software package we've ever offered."

Market Scan offers dealerships a variety of software solutions combining innovation and the latest technology to help streamline the entire sales process. The partnership between the two companies allows auto retailers to more effectively manage their inventory while also building trust with their customers.

"We're very excited to have Carfax Vehicle History Reports as an integral part of Market Scan's product," said Bernie Brenner, vice president of business development at Carfax. "Dealer salespeople now have every tool right at their fingertips to complete a sale without ever having to leave the customer's side."
